Location

The "Podsolarsko riviera" project is located on the sea coast, next to the newly built beach between Šibenik and Brodarica. Naturally located "under" the highway, it is one of the few projects that, before construction began, fully met the challenges of responsible urban planning, environmental awareness and the ability of future residents to live comfortably in this unique place.

In terms of traffic, the project is located eight kilometers from the highway and between two European airports, Zadar and Split, only fifty kilometers away.

From a health care perspective, the city of Šibenik is a county center with a hospital providing full care.

In the socio-cultural sense, the city of Šibenik is home of the one of the oldest European theaters, the International Children's Festival and the International Music Festival. Among of all, Šibenik is also a “proud owner” of a Michelin-starred restaurant, as well as many local restaurants and taverns offering a real Mediterranean experience. A modern multiplex cinema broadcasts the latest cinematography all year, and the Dalmare shopping center has been offering the residents the most of European and global brands for the past fifteen years. Located one kilometer from Podsolarsko Riviera, the hotel complex "Amadria Park" (former "Solaris"), in addition to many programs and attractions, offers a luxurious range of wellness and spa services.

The arranged promenade, unique archipelago of islands directly in front of our location (Zlarin, Krapanj, Prvić and many small islets), as well as the Krka and Kornati national parks, offer the possibility of exciting excursions and active holidays as well as the “full-life” experience in general.

Interiors

In interiors, we use materials from the world's leading manufacturers and our focus is on functionality and aesthetics. We have never been impressed by "art for art's sake" as we testify with our achievements. Our gardens are homes of many autochthonous plants, and external private showers returning us into the days of the “old” mediterranean, invocating the simple escapism for those who like to be away from the “maddening crowds”. Summer kitchens call for gatherings, and comfortable interiors ensure a peaceful dream and a sustainable life all year long.

It seems that the project “Podsolarsko riviera” wishes to remind us that when we are “off-line”, we truly connect.

Exteriors

Our well thought-out grand floor plans are designed to form each residential unit type utilized to the most, in order to satisfy the most demanding wishes. Designed as a modular apartments, they offer the possibility to merge two units into one creating the larger space if the customers so wish.

The offered formats are the result of multi-year market research and conversations with potential buyers and residents of Šibenik.
